Welcome to AIVario. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aivario.com and any associated services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About AIVario

AIVario is an independent editorial directory of AI tools, operated by EdGrows (the “Operator”), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We publish reviews, comparisons, and editorial guidance on AI products. We are not affiliated with any of the AI tools we review, except as disclosed through affiliate partnerships described in Section 4.

AIVario is a media publication, not a software product. We do not provide AI tools ourselves; we review and recommend tools made by other companies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AIVario, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required for legal consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use of the Site after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

3. Editorial Independence

AIVario maintains editorial independence in all reviews and recommendations. The following principles apply:

  • Reviews reflect our genuine editorial assessment, not the commercial interests of tool makers.
  • We do not accept payment to publish positive reviews or to remove negative ones.
  • Affiliate relationships are disclosed on every page where they exist.
  • Our ratings methodology is consistent across tools regardless of affiliate status.
  • Tools without affiliate programs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) receive the same editorial treatment as tools with affiliate programs.

If we ever publish sponsored content, paid placements, or guest contributions, they will be clearly labeled as such on the page where they appear.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

AIVario participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click certain links on the Site and subsequently make a purchase, AIVario may earn a commission from the merchant at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links route through aivario.com/go/ redirects and are clearly disclosed on every page where they appear.

Affiliate revenue does not influence our editorial recommendations. We sometimes recommend tools that do not have affiliate programs (and from which we earn nothing), and we sometimes decline to recommend tools that have generous affiliate programs but don't meet our editorial standards.

Affiliate partners may include programs operated through networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, and direct affiliate relationships with individual merchants. These networks comply with applicable disclosure regulations.

5. Content Accuracy and Disclaimer

We strive to publish accurate, up-to-date information about AI tools. Pricing, features, and product availability change frequently in the AI industry. We verify pricing within 30 days of publishing each review, but information may become outdated between updates.

Reviews and recommendations on AIVario are editorial opinions, not professional advice. You should always verify current pricing, features, and terms directly with the tool provider before making purchasing decisions or commitments. AIVario does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.

All product names, logos, and brands referenced on AIVario are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Use of the Site

You may use AIVario for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or systematically download large portions of the Site's content without permission.
  • Republish AIVario content elsewhere without explicit written permission.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Interfere with the Site's normal operation, security features, or other users' access.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with AIVario or any of the tools reviewed.

7. Intellectual Property

All editorial content on AIVario — including reviews, comparisons, guides, ratings, and editorial commentary — is the original work of AIVario unless otherwise attributed, and is protected by copyright laws.

Brief excerpts may be quoted for review or commentary purposes with proper attribution. For licensing or republishing inquiries, contact us at the address in Section 12.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

AIVario contains links to third-party websites and services (the tools we review, affiliate partners, and related resources). We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms of service, or business practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

AIVario uses standard web analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the Site. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are processed through Beehiiv, which has its own privacy policy. Affiliate clicks may set cookies through partner networks for attribution purposes.

We collect only what's necessary to operate the Site and improve content. You can opt out of analytics through standard browser controls. For specific data requests or questions, contact us.

10. User Submissions

If you submit content to AIVario (newsletter signups, tool suggestions, feedback, or other communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that submission for purposes of operating the Site and responding to your inquiry. We will not share your contact information with third parties without your consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

AIVario is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIVario and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party services accessed through it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, where AIVario's operator is based. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Buenos Aires, Argentina, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
